but what if you don’t always want to be seen?

it's officially summer! and my favorite season…

is WINTER 😂

while some might feel that 85°F and not a cloud in the sky is a beautiful day…

give me 60-ish and scattered thunderstorms and i'll say the same

on the 'bright' side (see what i did there), first light is before 5am so waking up early without an alarm is ease-filled, and setting with the sun around 8:30pm is as close to perfection as this gal can get!

it's all about perspective

and when it comes to life, mission, health, politics, religion my perspective is definitely my OWN.

and, as a self-proclaimed anomaly, i love this about me!!

in my coaching mission, i love to hear different perspectives, digging with you to a level of its origin and then offer you to consider a shift, a different way to see, think, feel about any given situation - BEing open to possibility!

exploring beyond the predictability you have been caught up in believing, thinking or behaving, even for a very long time

it's an aligned time time to re-evaluate & re-set for the year and really feel into your thoughts, feelings & beliefs… to claim them in authenticity, even if they end up changing
